Shell & Plumbing
Steel reinforcement, shotcrete shell, plumbing rough-in, and electrical rough-in — all completed and inspected before backfill.
Coping, Tile & Deck
Once the shell is cured, we install coping, waterline tile, interior finish, and the surrounding concrete or paver deck.
Equipment & Start-Up
Filter, pump, heater, and sanitization systems are installed, balanced, and tested. We walk you through operation before we leave.

How long does an inground pool installation take?
Most residential inground pools take 8–12 weeks from permit approval to water. Complex projects — or pools combined with full outdoor living additions — can take longer. What type of pool finish lasts the longest?
Pebble and aggregate interior finishes typically last 15–25 years and require less maintenance than standard plaster. Standard white plaster lasts 7–10 years.
